Property Whelan Ltd. is a long established property management company operating in Cardiff since 2013. We rent properties directly from landlords for fixed, long-term contracts, effectively taking over responsibility for the property and managing it on the landlord's behalf. 
We pay all utility bills including cleaners and then we provide furnished rooms to working professionals on six months contracts.
